Yesterday was Jordan's 16th birthday. Gena and I treated her to dinner at Birraporetti's and an Astros game. We invited Lee, a friend of Jordan's from Tidehaven to come along and we all had a wonderful time. The Astros won their game by trouncing the Phillies 7 - 1!
Biggio and Berkman hit back to back homeruns in the 1st inning and then for an encore, did the same thing in the 3rd inning. It was the first time in Astros history that the same two players hit back to back homeruns twice in one game.
Happy Birthday my darling daughter. I hope you had a wonderful time and I hope you are prepared for your party on the 30th...it should be loads of fun as well.
